Check if there are ways to improve performance in the city. I'm using a 9700k and a 3080ti, but it drops below 60fps sometimes in urban areas. The system runs at 100 fps on the outskirts. I have 32GB of 2900mhz RAM, but it doesn't seem to utilize it properly on this board. Any help would be very much appreciated since driving around the city is quite frustrating.
Disable path tracing graphics settings, reduce crowd density, enable DLSS in high performance mode, minimize anti-aliasing options, choose a better motherboard or compatible RAM, and increase CPU overclock beyond 5GHz.
