I need urgent assistance. Since I set up my PC, I've experienced significant frame rate drops—around 10 to 30 fps—and audio stuttering every 1 to 10 minutes in most games except Minecraft and Skyrim. Even when lowering settings, the issue persists. My cores aren't idle, so that doesn’t seem likely. I haven’t detected any viruses, my CPU stays between 70-80% during full load (the room is hot above a kitchen), and my GPU never exceeds 60%. I’m new to PC gaming and have been saving for this long—I’m worried it’s not a hardware problem. Please help me, and thank you!

The GPU has stayed under 60 watts, while your cards (being AMD) are handling around 85.

You may also wish to update your username. There don’t seem to be any problems with your PC specifications; they appear satisfactory.

What kind of cooler is this? If it's available, grab this one: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-cpu-c...hlerh2o650. If not and it's a solid cooler, clean any debris or hair from your setup—this might be the issue too.

Your WindForce 280 is running at 61 with maximum output. It’s using a GTX 760, possibly with a cooler that’s overheating.

Checked the GPU's display and it never exceeded 60 during full load, possibly a false reading.

I just cleaned my PC thoroughly, got rid of all dust, and installed a Hyper TX3 EVO cooler. I had to be careful with my budget, so I also added fresh thermal paste. The temperature drop is already noticeable, and I’m hoping this will boost my gaming performance.

The 70 to 80°C range for an AMD CPU is quite hot, haven't you checked how your FX 8350 performs? Does it slow down its performance?

I discovered the issue is with the CPU. Living above a kitchen makes the room very hot, which isn't helping. I'm planning to replace it with the Antec KUHLER H2O 650. It weighs 37 pounds and isn't too costly. Getting a water-cooled PC has been a long wish, so this will also be emotionally rewarding. Thanks for the advice!
