Hey everyone, I'm facing a major issue with Rocket League on Windows 10. Starting February 23rd, my screen freezes for about two seconds every 10-20 seconds and the audio stops working completely. I've tried playing without Discord, which helps a bit, but still has occasional lag. I've uninstalled Rocket League, reset my PC, and even switched to an older version of GeForce Experience, but nothing works. My system specs are: Ryzen 7 3800X, RTX 3070, 32 GB RAM. I'm really stuck and need some advice.

There is a problem with Discord and NVidia drivers. Consider updating your driver to the newest version or try a workaround. has discovered a bug with the Discord,a throttled memory clock on Nvidia graphics cards.

Thanks for the assistance @Gokul_P. The solution helped temporarily, though it wasn't flawless—there were still some small delays and audio issues with Discord while playing games and streaming. During that period, Discord was turned off. Now I'm facing much worse lag, especially when using my second monitor for Rocket League and watching YouTube on Opera GX.

Consider removing the driver via DDU and reinstalling it, which might resolve the issue.

I completed everything and it functioned well for around 6 to 8 matches, but then it began again... I’m not sure what to do.
