Check if your RAM operates in dual channel (confirm 2x16 slots). Ensure XMP/EXPO settings are active. Activate Intel PresentMon, turn on GPU and CPU monitoring. Capture screenshots of the GPU and CPU busy graphs post-restart. Monitor temperatures closely. Review game settings and report average FPS.

Upgrade to the newest BIOS if needed. Experiment with various Windows power configurations (Full or Balanced). Reinstall CS2.
