Signal interference at high frequencies

I finished assembling today but noticed a high-frequency noise similar to tinnitus, likely from the pump. I stopped all fans without any improvement. I also detached the PSU from the power strip and connected it directly to the wall. Now, can I continue using it as is or should I power it off and return it for repair?

You only need to determine the range that works well for you. For example, with your D5 pump in a fully water-cooled setup, running it at 67% is ideal. Anything higher causes unwanted noise that’s distracting.

It's a bit tricky because the Arctic liquid freezer 2 360mm only provides one PWM header, which needs to be connected to the CPU fan. I'm not sure what other options exist to adjust the pump speed.

The liquid freezer compressors work at 100%. I saw on my wife's that the sound came from the fan, so I took it off.

I turned off each of my case fans one by one, but it didn’t make a difference. The problem isn’t constant—it happens about 85% of the time. It also doesn’t seem to have a clear reason for starting or stopping.

no, not a case fan, the fan on the AIO Pump itself the one thats suppose to help with the VRM cooling. There is a very small fan on the top of the AIO pump top.

I corrected the mistake by stopping each fan inside my enclosure—case fans, AIO fans, GPU fans, and the tiny VRM fan. The PSU fan didn’t turn on because of insufficient power demand.

It's clear now. You really have no choice but to switch to another AIO with PWM pump control if you want to manage the noise level relative to your performance needs.
