Visit bios, apply optimized defaults. Allow RAM and CPU to operate in auto mode and verify functionality. It functioned properly at one point. This might indicate a power supply issue. Also, you haven't specified the PSU model. The rear fan is positioned incorrectly, drawing air inward rather than outward.

No signal from any port suggests a possible hardware issue. Checking the motherboard battery might help, but it's not guaranteed to resolve the problem.

It won't cause any harm if I reset the battery. The issue is the GPU is interfering with it, which could lead to a more serious problem.
