After fixing my laptop a lot, I am trying to put back on the old version of Zoom. But there is a problem: I can't remember my password anymore. So I keep asking for help by sending them my login link so they can reset it for me. They say they won't send anything but show the normal sign-in page again and again. Because that happens, I can't change my password and I get stuck on signing in forever. It's a loop of doom, basically. I'm getting nothing but robotic answers instead of real help, which is worse than no help at all. My computer uses Windows 10 and my email address is Chrome.

The forum rules say no one can help with this kind of thing right now. It is impossible to know the exact details or situation here. Your best bet is to keep reaching out to Zoom and trying to fix it together. Have you checked this link? https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/article...m-password You might also try removing the app completely, reinstalling it, and starting over with a fresh account.
