Hey! I'm looking to get the most value for my money. Checked out GN Steve's video and some comments from Linus about using mem for Zen3 with a 4-stick upgrade over the 2-stick version. Also heard that a 2x16 setup can be faster. My memory options are limited, so I'm considering these kits: 16GB (2x8) 3200 CL14 T-Force, 16GB (2x8) 3466 CL16 HyperX Fury, 16GB (2x8) 3600 CL18 AORUS, and 16GB (2x8) 4000 CL19 HyperX Predator. Most of these are 3200 CL16. I have a few questions: Should I prioritize frequency over capacity? Would using four higher-frequency sticks actually improve stability? And would it be worth the extra two sticks? Thanks ahead!
For a 16 GB drive, two sticks are usually the best option. Four sticks are possible but feel a bit odd. Consider the latency when deciding. Your main concern is whether you're really aiming for Zen 3.
