The device shuts down completely, leaving only sound through the speakers active. Could be a hardware issue or power problem.

Change the cable, test other ports on the GPU, switch between DP and HDMI. These are the main steps. Once done, DDU, clear display drivers, and install the newest version. You’ll find plenty of YouTube videos and written guides explaining this process. Still occurring? Besides testing on another PC to check if the issue moves with the GPU, you’ll likely need to suspect a faulty GPU.

Event viewer could offer an alternative. Using different PCIe power connectors from the PSU might be possible.

He’s been operating it for more than an hour now. Swapped the port connected to the graphics card and attempted to fix the problem, but nothing changed. He’ll keep updating if it occurs again.
