When this shuts down, it seems like you might be looking at an Nvidia Gamestream or another similar model. The other one is unclear to me.

I would think it's Nvidia. Search for that process and see which app it relates to.

That aligns with what I found online, though nothing concrete came up. Disabling Gamestream worked for me since I don’t use it much. But the issue persists—it still shows up. I’ve noticed the number at the end of the nvcontainerwindowclass changes each time.

These applications should terminate immediately upon clicking the shutdown option, typically... what are your specifications?

Clicking shutdown and waiting a short time causes the NVIDIA apps to close, but the machine will still shut down automatically.

Yes, clicking shutdown usually leads to a restart, but this screen appears unexpectedly. It seems this situation shouldn't happen.

Absolutely, I haven't seen it before, and most of my systems use Nvidia graphics cards. Have you attempted to reinstall the drivers?

These screens have existed since Vista. You can use scripts to create a shortcut icon for a direct shutdown, which is similar to clicking the "Shutdown anyway" button. Alternatively, you can uninstall the software that's causing this issue.
