When you say led, do you mean monitor, or PC? Maybe check if the SSD/HDD the os is on is being recognized, or else there wont be an os to boot into. Did this PC ever run windows after your hardware upgrades? Did you test it before? Im still a bit confused on the topic, but I didn't want you to feel desperate. maybe post some more pictures and we can help

The PC is still running, but the fans are still active. After installing Linux Mint, the issue disappears. However, using Microsoft Office causes the problem to reappear when I reinstall Windows 10. I’m not sure what’s happening with my computer.

Consider reinserting the CMOS battery into each RAM stick separately, then reconnect all drives and extra ones. Also try reseating the GPU. The CMOS battery appears in a certain configuration—follow these steps and let us know if it makes a difference. These steps aren't guaranteed to work, but I'm guessing based on what you're experiencing. Please tell us what happens!

I attempted but the issue persists. I also checked the link you shared: https://www.minitool.com/backup-tips/win...-down.html. The problem continues—power button remains active, CPU and system fans are still running. This seems to be a Windows 10 issue, as it doesn’t occur with Linux Mint.

If you suspect an issue with the operating system, consider performing a Windows restore or attempting a full reinstallation.

The issue is resolved; I need to switch the disk from GPT to MBR and reinstall Windows.
