PC details: Central processing unit Ryzen 5 5600, motherboard ASRock B550 Steel Legend (BIOS version 2.20), graphics card Zotac RTX 2080 Ti refurbished plus OEM GTX 1060, 3 GB RAM totaling 2 x 8 GB at 2400 MHz DDR4 (one from HP OEM PC and one from Patriot Signature), storage options include WD Black SN750 NVMe, PNY SSD, and a WD HDD power supply unit, EVGA Super Nova 650 G5. I powered off my system last Thursday (24 November) after disconnecting the power strip it was plugged into, and upon returning the next day, the PC failed to boot with no output or POST, repeatedly displaying error codes "0d" and "4d". Notable changes included installing the refurbished RTX 2080 Ti just a week prior (17 November). During setup I briefly removed the PSU from the case and reconnected the motherboard power cable. I've gone through a comprehensive troubleshooting process so far—swapped RAM, reset CMOS via jumper, removed battery, cleared PCIe devices, etc.—but haven't found a clear solution. I'm reaching out for help and advice on this issue. Updated November 28, 2022 by 1UpMango

Have you attempted activating the PSU with a paperclip technique? Hmm, it seems the system is reporting bios errors, but the PSU itself functions properly. Could you have connected your display cable to the motherboard rather than the GPU?

Good quote, they resolved by replacing display port for hdmi. There is 0 reason to use a display port in a gaming rig, hdmi outperforms d-port.

I also attempted to link the displayport cable straight to the motherboard and each GPU individually, but it didn’t work since the CPU lacks built-in graphics. Your effort was appreciated! I connected both using only an HDMI cable and tried pairing both DP and HDMI simultaneously with the GTX 1060, yet the "4d" error persisted. It seems the issue is likely tied to the motherboard’s warranty support. Thanks for your patience and assistance!
