Consider noting the temperatures you measured and your method of checking. It’s possible something was missed.

I focused on CPU and GPU temperatures. The GPU stayed under 85 during load, while the CPU never exceeded 89 (Ryzen Master/Adrenalin).

I tested it with signal RAM sticks once more, and the problem didn’t appear for 24 hours until recently. I figured it was a defective stick, but it started again on the other end just now.

I've seen it impact certain titles like Peak and Crime Sim extensions. I've played Rainbow6 and DCS without shutting down. Should I consider installing a third-party antivirus or reinstalling Windows? I'm really stuck.

Check the event viewer for any issues. If nothing appears, consider reinstalling Windows before installing an antivirus. Just ensure you back up crucial files first.
