I have a Ryzen 5 1600 and a B350 F gaming motherboard, tested using AMD Adrenaline.
The motherboard indicates compatibility with RAM up to 3200 MHz. Refer to the ASUS ROG Strix B350 gaming model page and the STRIX_B350-F_GAMING documentation for details. According to section 3-3 of your motherboard manual, you should choose the frequency from the "Memory Frequency" dropdown.
Running at 3200 will be tough with that setup. It seems you haven’t activated xmp/docp yet; if you do, problems are likely still present. When I tested an X370 and a Ryzen 5 1600, I had to boost both the DRAM and SoC voltages to achieve 3200, but even then it wasn’t perfect. You might end up settling for 2933 or 2666 just to get stable performance.
