I checked the components listed on the site. My PC setup failed earlier this week with a completely glitched display. When I returned the parts, they arrived still showing the same issue. To test, I connected the monitor directly to the motherboard without a GPU, which worked. I also used my old 1070ti GPU and it functioned properly. It seems the motherboard or PCIe port wasn’t the problem. I’m pretty sure the GPUs weren’t faulty twice in a row, nor did I damage them repeatedly during installation.

Are you checking in on the connection? Did you switch the cable?
