The driver seems installed, but smooth scrolling works in the browser yet frame drops occur during browsing, YouTube videos, and even when right-clicking on the desktop. This happens while scrolling or playing videos. I'm using Linux Mint Cinnamon and need help identifying and fixing the problem.
