I own an Acer laptop running Ubuntu. It's been working smoothly for a while, but recently I installed Windows and noticed the system isn't detecting the integrated graphics. In the Device Manager it only shows "Microsoft Display Adapter," and the Task Manager doesn't list any GPUs. When I switch back to Ubuntu, everything functions properly again.
