I've been experiencing this problem for some time and don't know how to resolve it. As mentioned in the title, the issue occurs when playing specific games such as Forza Horizon 5, GTA 5, and Spider-Man Miles Morales. My system includes an AMD 3700X processor with a Gigabyte B550 Aorus Pro ATX motherboard, Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32BG DDR-3200 CL16, Gigabyte Aorus RTX 3070ti Master, Corsair RM750x power supply, two Samsung 970 Evos (500GB and 1TB), and a Pixio monitor at 1440p 144Hz. I also run Firefox, Discord, Spotify, Rain Meter, and Wallpaper Engine alongside these applications. Even after closing those programs before launching the games, the problem persists. I've tried restarting my PC, but it doesn't help. Sometimes when a video plays in Chrome, the entire app freezes, requiring a task manager shutdown to fix it. During a Spider-Man session, control inputs become erratic. This issue also occurred after upgrading my GPU from a 2060 Super. I suspect it might be related to power supply or BIOS settings, but neither has resolved the matter. I haven't detected any driver conflicts since I've updated them. My last assumption is that the power supply could be the culprit.

Hello! When I mention a flashback, I’m referring to a visual sequence that revisits past events. It appears on the monitors as a transition showing the previous moment before moving to the current scene.

At that time, the game slows down briefly and then both screens turn completely black or fail to show anything for a short moment before resuming normally.

Control Panel > NVIDIA Control Panel > Adjust desktop color settings > Switch "Content type reported to the display" from "Auto-Select" to "Desktop Programs" on each monitor. If this didn’t work, try removing the CMOS battery, connecting the reset pins together for 30 seconds, then reinserting the battery—this may resolve BIOS-related issues.
