I'm using Pop-OS since last year on an Asus Vivobook with AMD Ryzen 3500U. After installation, I encountered some problems during setup. Once, my system would freeze while performing simple tasks. When that happened, I tried closing the lid and then opening it, but the issue persisted. My screen would pixelate instead of turning off. I've lost a lot of work recently due to these interruptions. Any advice or help to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Current Pop OS release? Graphics platform? Any gnome shell add-ons installed? Running environment: Wayland or Xorg?
