I need to restart the migration for my Outlook 2016 email accounts from one computer to another. I tried once, but it failed. So I tried uninstalling Outlook 2016 on the target PC and deleting .pst files. I removed Office 365 and reinstalled it. But every time I start Outlook, it shows a single account already there. I need clear step-by-step instructions to completely remove everything so I can start fresh again. I followed many ideas but it still didn't work fully. Mod Edit: The operating system is Windows 10

I guess when you set up Office 365, it brings in an old Microsoft account automatically. You can always add a fresh account and remove the old one instead.

I think when you set up Office 365, it automatically connects to an existing Microsoft account. However, you are free to switch accounts or remove the old ones altogether.
