Should the operating system be part of the build cost?
When someone new wants to start building, it's definitely okay. But there are experienced members here who have been making PCs for years and probably have multiple Windows versions stored. I had to consider that when planning my first or current build. There isn't a single perfect approach—yes or no answer.
