I recently bought an Acer Nitro 5 AN515-58. I already own an Acer Predator x34 pbmiphzx. My computer has a USB-C port that supports full-function Thunderbolt 4 and also has a HDMI 2.1 port. Here are two questions: First, if I buy a USB-C to DP cable like this one from CableCreation for 8K, will my monitor support G-Sync? Second, if I buy a HDMI to DP adapter like this one from CableCreation, will G-Sync work on my monitor? This is very important because the only display port available in Discrete GPU-only mode with the MUX switch is the HDMI 2.1 port. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to our forum! Both 1| and 2| work fine with your cables. But, if you want G-Sync, make sure to pick option 2 because only that setup includes it.
