Pretty much yea but don't just jump to let's say 4.3 since every chip is different and will not overclock the same way as mine per say. You can start raising it little by little then test out the overclock with a program such as aida64. If your overclock is stable then raise again and repeat. When your computer crashes then it might be time to raise the voltage, again do this in little increasements then testing again. You do not want to go over 1.5volts.
How much can i increase ghz without increasing the voltage?

It depends on the chip, so you need to gradually raise the ghz and test until it fails.

The process varies depending on your chip, so you'll need to gradually raise the gHz and test until it fails. Thanks a lot!
