I have just assembled my new PC and am currently using an i5 6600k at 4.6Ghz with a voltage of 1.34 volts. During stress testing, temperatures never exceeded 59 degrees when running AIDA64 for 30 minutes. Should I attempt to overclock to 4.7 or 4.8, or should I stick with the present configuration?

You might achieve around 4.7.
A higher multiplier demands a higher vcore.
1.4 is near the maximum suitable value.
You won't likely hit thermal boundaries at that level.
Your potential improvement depends largely on luck in securing a quality chip.

I recommend maintaining it at 4.6 for better performance.
