Hello, your specs are visible on the profile. You're looking to sell your components—Mobo, RAM, and CPU. Guys want an i5 9400f, a GiGA Byte B365M motherboard, and an 8GB Corsair 3000MHz stick. They also mentioned you have an i7 3770 and H77-D3H motherboard with DDR3 16GB RAM. Are you sure it's ready to go since no one is currently buying? Also, consider whether you need a new GPU or if you should keep your existing cards, especially with only two GB of RAM left after the purchase.

They’re asking if you’d consider swapping your 9400f for your 3770?

Only one 8 GB drive and a budget i5 are it. It doesn’t seem like a major upgrade. If they don’t want to trade you for the parts you already own, maybe you shouldn’t buy it. If you end up with a poor graphics card after getting the i5, sticking with your current setup might be better. You could then upgrade later. And if you want, you can add them to your signature too. Just check "account settings."

but i can earn money with a newer setup and easily purchase a strong GPU. The i7 3rd generation isn't as powerful as the i5 9400, and few people are buying my machine, which is why these specs perform better than the Ryzen 5 3100. Also, it's cheaper. I can swap in a 4x2 GB SSD with someone, making it dual-channel. Then I'll sell the motherboard and CPU only, buying a Ryzen 5 and a GTX 650 Ti for around $30. So i'm ready for a year—meaning 2021 only.

The situation is clear. The 9400f will likely achieve a better average frame rate in games, but it may become less stable since many current games use more than six threads. Adding those extra threads on the 3770k can improve stability, even if it means a slightly lower average frame rate due to reduced single-core performance. I wouldn't recommend going that route; instead, consider upgrading to a GPU for better overall performance. A weaker card like the 650ti will struggle significantly against an older 3770k.
