There are drivers available for the GTX 970 to run with Windows XP, but they were handmade by someone who ran a website focused on driver workarounds. He chose the GTX 970 as his final project.
It's been roughly six years since I checked his site, and I can barely recall the page anymore.
Alright, I get it. I know XP isn't the best choice, but I'll give it a shot. Maybe someone has already saved it somewhere... but honestly, I don't need XP—it's slow and not the fastest.
