It costs just $3 on G2A and people say it's a solid game. I'm testing it on a laptop, which handles CS:GO at 40fps on 720p. Does that meet your expectations for Half-Life?

It's one of the top video games. The visuals might feel a bit old, but the story is the most compelling part. The gameplay is tough yet enjoyable.

Purchase the orange box—it offers a better value and contains more than just HL2. It includes episodes one and two of HL2, as well as TF2 (which is currently free on Steam) and Portal. You’re likely to find it for around $4 to $5.
