It falls within the budget, though I'm unsure whether to purchase now or hold off. The current price is around $19.97, and I have $20.45 available.
Check out the demo first. Edit: Unless updates occurred, the Doom demo on Steam differs from the final version and switching to Vulkan leads to crashes at launch. Avoid doing that. It's a great showcase of a high-speed arcade shooter. If you're interested, try playing Doom.
I've never tried any Doom titles before, but this one really stood out. It's amazing—there must be a good reason it took the top prize for FPS in 2016.
