I was trying to figure it out and I believe I have a decision. Should I wait until March for the Battle Royale release, or will that be added automatically as an update? Will there be extra costs if I already own the game? I'm still confused about the details. I just want to save money.

It should automatically refresh. It might seem awkward on Dice and EA if it's hidden behind a DLC, though I wouldn't rule out EA since they handle money matters. Probably will end up there because it was mentioned during the game's announcement, but it wasn't fully prepared for release.

Yes, others have different thoughts about choosing Black Ops 4 versus similar games.

In BLOPS4 the blackout mode truly stands out as one of the finest Battle Royale experiences available. It's a strong suggestion compared to other titles like BFV.

I believe it's not wise for several reasons.
There are many superior shooters. Choose one of them.

It's a worse game than Battlefield 1. Of course BF1 doesn't have Battle Royale, so when BFV actually gets it maybe it's worth giving a try. I would recommend using Origin Access or EA Access for a month, pay the $15, then you can test it and Anthem.

I just saw some anthem gameplay this morning, and the impression it gave didn't match what the trailers displayed. I'm going to wait before deciding.

I'm not familiar with many modern games, but Unreal Tournament 99 and 2004 are enjoyable. For solo shooters, Serious Sam works well, though it can become repetitive and dull when you keep shooting groups of enemies. SS4 is expected to release soon.
