The concise response is no. No build requires liquid cooling.
I tend to prefer air coolers over closed loop ones, valuing their performance and temperature control.
I don’t stress too much about reaching 4GHz; you’ll usually achieve a bit higher with simpler setups.
I haven’t used the 6600k myself or seen it in person, so I can’t give a detailed opinion. However, most cases should handle 4.2GHz easily.

The concise response is no. No build requires liquid cooling.
I tend to prefer air coolers over closed loop ones, valuing both temperature control and simplicity.
I don’t need to stress about reaching 4GHz; you’ll probably exceed it easily.
I haven’t used that cooler myself or seen it in person, so I can’t offer a personal take.
The 6600k generally handles 4.2GHz+ well in most situations.

Avoid Frys due to limited selection and pricing issues. Consider checking online stores such as Newegg and Amazon; I’ll share a list soon.
