You should think carefully before overclocking your X370-F. Since it's watercooled and has two fans, it's relatively stable, but pushing it too high could still risk damage. It's safer to stick with stock performance unless you're certain about your system's limits.

Sure, it's a free show. But think about it—do you really have to? You probably won't even notice the change beyond the test results.

Third generation Ryzen models don't perform significant overclocking, and gains are minimal. Using fast RAM and tweaking PBO settings in Ryzen Master works best. The motherboard won't be damaged, but higher voltages might cause faster wear if applied (something I recently discovered). For stable long-term use, keeping voltages under 1.375V is recommended. This guideline comes from Intel and older AMD designs, so it's not ideal for extended reliability. Opting for lower voltage and careful PBO adjustments is the safest approach to boost performance slightly.
