Your system has been running for six years now. During startup, the ASUS Maximus VIII Ranger motherboard sometimes freezes at A2 (IDE Detect), which means I have to restart it. Could this recurring issue be linked to something I’ve recently added or changed? I’m using a Samsung 850 EVO SSD and two Wester Digital drives. The CPU cooler was replaced with a Corsair model, and I’ve upgraded the NVidia graphics card—possibly adding new heat pads. The pump on the old cooler needed cleaning and was replaced, and I’m still monitoring its performance. What might be causing these intermittent problems?
