Short BSOD alert, need quick fix.
My Computer,
When sharing a troubleshooting thread, it's important to provide detailed system information. Please format your specs clearly as follows:
CPU: CPU cooler: Motherboard: RAM: SSD/HDD: GPU: PSU: Chassis: OS: Monitor.
Include the age of the power supply in addition to its make and model. The current BIOS version for your motherboard is also needed at this time.
A quick restart isn't sufficient to capture an error code. There are many possible causes for a BSoD, so we'll need to examine the .dmp files to identify the issue. Consider storing your files on a service like DropBox and sharing a link for review.
I just reinstalled Windows 11. Where did you obtain the installer for the operating system?

I’m unsure how to create a .dmp file, could you help or provide a link? I haven’t done this before, even if it’s just for memory dump.
Where did you obtain the OS installer? - Microsoft.com Media Creation Tool
It seems you're asking about starting in safe mode. Could you clarify what you mean by "driver" and "safe mode"?
I performed the Windows Memory Diagnostics Test, but there were no errors detected. It was also visible in Event Viewer.
I can begin in safe mode
I can also launch normal Windows, but it then crashes
