I purchase games from Impulse Gaming unless they're on Steam. You can place orders via their website, but I favor ordering through their Facebook page. http://www.impulse.com.my/pc

They prefer not to purchase anything online... I need to really reassure them it's safe to buy from Steam.

The Malaysian National Bank has blocked all transactions involving debit cards for gaming activities. Purchasing games on Steam is now unavailable.

It's been over two months since this happened. There was a discussion on LYN about Maybank blocking, and when I reached out to them, they informed me that Bank Negara had blocked all game-related purchases for debit. They suggested I obtain a credit card from another bank. Haha!
