For the optimal demonstration, watch from 0:24 where both trees and their shadows are visible. Observe that when a character is selected and the camera tracks them, the problem worsens. I can share an example if required.

In another video from Bannerlord:
View: https://youtu.be/psKsihZUwIk
My setup details:
Windows 10
AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT (Sapphire)
Intel Core i5 9600k
16GB 3200mhz RAM
MPG Z390 Gaming plus

What I've attempted:
1. Various shadow settings and resolutions
2. Radeon Super Resolution
3. Virtual Super Resolution
4. All forms of aliasing in the game and with Radeon Adrenaline software
5. Updated drivers and DDU process completed
6. Tried running the game through Vulkan via DXVK, but it didn't work

I'm struggling to resolve this issue—it's significantly affecting my gaming experience. For titles like Kenshi, turning off shadows seems necessary, though foliage still flickers. Any advice would be invaluable.

I don’t understand the first game well, but I think for Bannerlord you might have adjusted the "Shadow setting" in Graphics as well? For Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord, look for the "Shadow Type" option and modify this value to STATIC or even OFF/None. Sometimes shadow flicker occurs when both static and dynamic shadow types are enabled. This "Shadow Type" setting is also the most demanding and resource-intensive graphics choice in Bannerlord, significantly affecting overall FPS. The CPU calculates shadows, which are then sent to the GPU for rendering. Dynamic shadows require much more computing power, making their impact on performance greater than static shadows.

Thank you for your reply. However, performance isn't my main concern. It's accurate that enabling Dynamic shadows is resource-intensive, but the overworld would look quite dull without them. In my view, having them would be essential—so much so that I wouldn't want to play the game if the shadows didn't work as intended, and I definitely wouldn't want to play at all without them. I hope you understand my dilemma.

Hey there! Did you know someone else had the same problem? It seems like your setup is causing these issues way more than usual.
