I built a new PC and encountered some strange problems. My configuration includes: Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX V2 Ryzen 7 7800X3D, Gigabyte RTX 4070 ti Gaming OC, 32GB GSKill Trident Z5 RGB, 6000 CL30 Asus TUF Gaming, 1000W 80+ Gold Thermalright Frozen 360 AIO, Samsung 980 NVMe (boot) with WD Black SN770 2TB NVMe, and Windows 11 Pro. Initially, I thought it was a game issue, but the problem persists even when just streaming YouTube. Occasionally my RGB fans flicker, then the game freezes and crashes. Audio in other apps also freezes but recovers. I ran stress tests with Cinebench, Heaven Benchmark, Memtest, Prime95, and performed SFC/scannow and chkdsk commands. I uninstalled graphics drivers using DDU and reinstalled the latest versions, updated Windows and BIOS. Still unsure what to do next.
