Shift plus Ctrl plus Tab is understood as the recognized action
Began using my PC this morning, chose to play Witcher 3, entered the game and noticed when I pressed Tab it launched Steam overlay. Attempted to remove the keyboard in Device Manager and restarted several times, but it didn't resolve. Could there be a method to disable the shortcut?
Visit Steam, select steam>settings>in game>overlay shortcut key(s). You may adjust the key there.
