I've been working with MS Paint, and occasionally when I create a text box, it doesn't work as expected. After a few seconds, my screen briefly flickers for about two seconds. This issue seems to be happening on Windows 10. Are others experiencing the same problem?

I don't see anyone with comparable problems. Consider checking for Windows updates and refreshing GPU drivers. Running a scan with CrystaldiskMark on your hard drive could also help ensure everything is in order.

Does scanning your hard drive refer to checking for viruses?

He wants to check the disk status with Crystaldiskmark/info. By the way, click the small quote (arrow) button for your reply.

Disk Health shows a good status. Updates are current—should I reinstall them?

Consider updating the GPU drivers first; otherwise, you might have to reinstall the entire operating system.
