Hey everyone! I'm preparing to share benchmarks tonight on my YouTube channel featuring my Ryzen 7 1700X against a 4690K and 4790K at stock settings. Both systems will have 16GB of RAM. I'm excited to see which games everyone would enjoy—specifically GTA V, BeamNMG Watchdogs 2, Battlefield 1 For Honor.

The two least efficient games ever causing frustration for FX players are Arma 3 and Squad. Let's check if Ryzen's single-threaded speed is adequate, since that's what the game relies on.

Consider running a live steam session! It makes full use of the 8 cores and offers an exciting way to test performance. I’d enjoy watching a GTAV stream on a Ryzen to see its real-time capabilities firsthand.

I own GTA 5 and have a G29 wheel. I’m not the original owner, but I might try streaming if I can figure it out. I plan to use shadowplay to record what I know. If anyone knows about affordable demanding games on Steam, let me know!

Sure! I'll include detailed specs in the video and also run benchmarks for Beamng.drive with Ryzen 3 and 5.

Sure, going for a GTX 1080 with a bit of flair while keeping costs low on that Arma setup

At this point, nothing. And quite honestly, I don't want to see another damn benchmark until Ryzen's issues with high speed memory, and ASUS' performance issues are fixed, until Ryzen is performing and it should. Too many shitheads are taking every single thing that can be spun into "death to AMD," and taking it 3 steps further, even if it's an excessively minor issue that doesn't mean jack shit for the average consumer after a few weeks. They don't need false ammo.
