You can configure drive sharing and instruct your printer to store files on the shared location. This will add the drive folder to the available options in the printer menu.

The folder appears in the drive I’m currently using for multimedia sharing. I need a separate network computer for the printer, yet it should be on the same physical machine.

There seems to be a method to mimic two networked computers from one device, which hasn't been widely discussed yet. This is essentially what a NAS serves—centralized storage accessible by any machine whenever needed. It can also act as a backup spot for devices like printers.
