We possess a network of seven computers and now have two individuals handling bookwork. We aim to share a folder from PC1 to just PC2 with full read/write permissions. (It resides in PC1's My Documents folder). Currently, PC1 and PC2 can communicate on the network, but when attempting to grant PC2 access it reports it cannot locate it. I'm uncertain if we are entering the correct computer name in the selection field. While we could provide access to all, our goal is limited to PC2 only. Thank you ahead of time.

Have you confirmed the network type is private on every PC?
Have you attempted to connect using an IP address (since you already have a static server IP, right?)
Certain tasks become harder without a domain.
