Because no one is offering a solution, I’ll take the chance. If a stream has none of the seeders and just one leecher, it’s essentially impossible to complete. Such a scenario is commonly called a dead torrent—just that. The only fix would be to somehow find that single leech and force them to add their seeds manually.
