Proceed outside, drive the car back into the garage, and follow the prompt to replace an existing vehicle by clicking Enter.

The car needs to be the same or I should steal it from outside and bring it here? (7-8). So after moving a stolen NPC car to my original spot, I drive it out and park it somewhere else?
You can utilize NPC vehicles. Simply relocate the NPC car to the designated position, exit, step inside the real car, and drive it back into the garage to swap it in. The YouTube tutorial will help resolve any confusion.
