I attempted to run the shadow play in Avatar: The Way of Water 2009, which previously worked well. Now it seems to be broken. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, as well as re-downloading it, but the issue persists. Can you help resolve this?

It goes wrong when I start the game, it stops working and on my second screen it opens with two windows, then it crashes or freezes the whole system.
