Hey! Yes, you can set up shared access using Win Server's network shares. Create a dedicated share for the specific folders and configure login credentials that don’t require the user’s personal credentials. This way, authorized users can access only those directories without linking to their individual machines.

You may perform these actions for each folder: 1. Click right-click 2. View properties 3. Advanced sharing options 4. Enable sharing 5. Check the option to share this folder 6. Select add permissions 7. Insert a group or user (you can form users and groups in computer management and assign credentials there. 8. Assign their access rights. (exclude "everyone" from the list – don’t block access, just uncheck permission) 9. Confirm/Approve 10. Any person accessing a folder must use login details different from their usual device, and should only be able to view folders they’re authorized for.
