I would do a tripple full format, and install windows again. No need to play around which such errors on a new system/disk.

You just performed a fresh setup, but some issues occurred since other devices were connected. Save your important backups first, then erase all storage devices completely. Once done, check every file you saved to confirm no malicious software is attached.
