Hey, I’m facing a big issue with stuttering on my Windows desktop. It’s especially noticeable in Minecraft vanilla and modded versions, but it happens everywhere. I’ve got a solid build: Ryzen 7 3700X, RTX 2080 Super from Asus, B550 motherboard, 750W Sea sonic power supply, 32GB Corsair Vengeance Pro RAM with RGB lighting, and a Samsung NVMe SSD plus extra storage. The stutter is ruining my gaming experience, and I’ve tried all the fixes I could find on YouTube—restarting BIOS, resetting Windows, even swapping parts—but nothing works. None of the components are used second-hand; I bought everything from Amazon. I’m considering a full PC upgrade and wondering if a used RTX 3090 would be better than a new 4070Ti. Also, the stutter occurs every time something loads, like chunk updates in Minecraft or a menu in Skyrim. What should I do next?
