PC specifications motherboard: B650 Tomawhawk WiFi CPU: Ryzen 7950X3D GPU: Asus TUF 4080 Super CPU cooler: Liquid Freezer 3 RAM : 2 x 16GB Trident Z 6000mhz SSD: WD Black SN850X 2TB PSU: Lian Li Edge 1300w Chassis: Lian Li Dynamic Evo XI Monitor: AOC Q27G3XMN OS: Windows 11 I replaced nearly everything except the CPU, but can't explain why my %1 lows are so poor. Checked resource monitor and cores are correctly parked. Reinstalled Windows twice, drivers twice, turned it on and off, still no improvement.

I would verify the temperatures, inspect the Task Manager for any unusual processes, perform benchmarks, and review FPS graphs. Then I’d attempt to install a budget 240GB SSD and switch to Linux. If that fails: WHEN IT BECOMES UNEXPLAINABLE IT’S THE POWER SUPPLY
