Hello. The issue appears when using Windows on an SSD versus an HDD. On the SSD, the CPU registers as 2 cores and 4 threads, whereas it should show up to 6 cores and 12 threads. Despite testing in MSCONFIG, the settings only display a maximum of 4 cores. When connected to the HDD, the performance drops significantly, with CPU usage dropping to around 0% or 2% at startup, while on the SSD it ranges from 20% to 70%. The lowest observed usage occurs when using the HDD.

Disable the verification in the processor count field and restart your system for Windows to detect all cores and threads properly. This option should remain unchecked.
