I have a Ryzen 5 2600 and Zotac Amp edition RTX 2060 combo with 8GB 2400MHz RAM, 1TB HDD and 250 PCIe M.2 SSD. I am experiencing constant sudden frame drops in all games; for example, while playing “A Plague Tale: Innocence” I achieve above 90 FPS, but it suddenly drops to 20-30 FPS for at least 4-5 seconds, and this occurs multiple times during gameplay. What should I do to resolve this issue?

Slow RAM significantly impacts Ryzen CPU performance. Increasing RAM capacity to 16GB at 3200MHz would be beneficial. Determine your power supply’s make and model.

The RAM is the limiting factor in your current build; the CPU’s performance is hampered by this slow RAM. You should aim for 16GB at 3200MHz as previously stated, and avoid running numerous programs concurrently during gameplay.
